Reporting On News Media Bias

The Media Accountability Project’s (MAP) goal is to fight bias in the news media and social media.
MAP fights bias in two ways.  First, we issue reports that highlight bias in the media through our website, and through other channels, such as social media.  Second, we report the side of a story that’s being censored by the news media and social media platforms.
MAP issues both written articles and video reports. In the future, MAP plans to add live streaming and podcasting.
MAP’s formats include straight news reporting, opinion, and interviews.
MAP is a grassroots organization that’s powered by a network of volunteer citizen journalists.  We welcome participation by anyone who identifies bias in the news and social media, and who wishes to expose it. If you are interested in becoming a MAP author, vlogger, or podcaster, complete this form and we’ll get back to you soon.
MAP is an initiative of EmpowerU America.
